Our passion for food lies in the exquisite flavours we produce in the dishes of our seasonal menus. Inspired by the fantastic selection of local ingredients sourced here in Anglesey, and our neighbouring villages in North Wales, Chef has come up trumps using his creative innovation to showcase and blend a tantalising display of tastebud tickling flavours.
If he’s not in the kitchen cooking up his next creation, you’ll find him down on the jetty fishing for fresh lobsters and crabs in the Menai Strait. Or he’ll be sourcing some of the finest cheddars in the land from The Snowdonia Cheese Company (to be matched with wines from our enchanting Wine Caves, that alone is an experience worth tasting!). Whether you’re here for breakfast, lunch, an indulgent afternoon tea or a sumptuous three-course dinner, with wines to match every menu and our enchanting surroundings as host, you’re in for a treat.
