COVID-19 Policy at Château Rhianfa

The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, guests and visitors has always been our main priority. We have implemented measures in order to create a safe environment for everyone. We are constantly monitoring and reviewing best practice from the Government, as this changes we will update our methods and processes accordingly.

    • Teams All of our team members have completed all necessary risk assessment, health and safety and COVID-19 training
    • Teams PPE has been provided and is readily available for all of our teams to use as and where required
    • Teams We have adapted our working methods and shift patterns to create a safer working environment
  • Our Hotel
    • Teams We have implemented social distancing measures and additional signage throughout the building
    • Teams Sanitiser points are available throughout the hotel including main entrance and exit areas
    • Teams Common and high use touch points have been identified and enhanced cleaning procedures are in place
    • Teams Hotel information packs have been removed from guest bedrooms and public areas and are available on-line

COVID-19 Guest Guidelines

  • Booking Your Stay
    • Cutlery bullet We request you make your reservation in advance of your arrival and advise us of your dining requirements
    • Cutlery bullet We will require full name, address with postcode, contact telephone number and email address at the time of booking
    • Cutlery bullet You will receive an email to confirm your reservation which will include a link to our website advising our COVID-19 policy and guidelines
    • Cutlery bullet The cost of your stay should be paid prior to or on arrival (we do not accept American Express or Diners cards, or currently cash payment)
    • Cutlery bullet If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
  • Prior to Your Arrival
    • Arrival bullet We would request you adhere to the Government guidelines in relation to your stay with us.  For further information please refer to https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
    • Arrival bullet We are doing our best to comply with Government advice and keep you safe, with these additional measure in place we request you allow a little extra time for our teams to provide our services
    • Arrivalbullet If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
    • Arrival bullet If you feel you prefer to wear a mask/gloves whilst you are staying, please ensure to bring your own supply, we are unable to provide these items
  • During Your Stay

  • Departure
    • Departure bullet You will not need to wait at reception for assistance, there will be a key drop facility available for you by the reception desk
    • Departure bullet You will receive a receipt from us by email once you have departed
